The M 150 is a unique small-diaphragm condenser microphone for orchestral recordings based on the legendary Neumann M 50. The pressure receiver capsule of the M 150 is made of titanium and is embedded in a sphere, which provides directivity at high frequencies. An innovative transformerless tube circuit guarantees low self-noise.

Features:

  • Ideal for DECCA Tree stereo and surround recordings
  • Modern version of the legendary Neumann M 50
  • Unique capsule made entirely of titanium
  • Extended frequency response and unsurpassed impulse fidelity
  • Tube circuit with electronically balanced output stage
  • Very low self-noise
