Following our successful move to the new company building in April 2016, we have now been able to set up the long-announced and eagerly requested new specialist department for the trade fair, stage and theater sector. The new specialist department “By professionals for professionals” was founded at the Bad Frankenhausen site.

You can expect a young, dynamic team characterized by unique employees. Personal support, competence and commitment are keywords that characterize us. Individual consulting and project realization are part of our daily business.

Nico Bruder and René Haarseim jointly form the management of Licht-produktiv. Nico Bruder, an entrepreneur since 1996, brings a commercial education in the music trade and extensive experience in the event sector to the company. René Haarseim complements him ideally with his technical expertise as a trained IT system electronics engineer at IBM Germany.

Since Licht-produktiv was founded in 2007, the two have worked closely together to continuously develop the company and align it with the needs of customers. Nico Bruder drives the further development of processes and procedures with a trained eye for optimization, while René Haarseim is responsible for purchasing, sales, logistics and projects and ensures smooth operations on a daily basis. Together they represent a strong, creative and customer-oriented management duo.
