Following our successful move to the new company building in April 2016, we have now been able to set up the long-announced and eagerly requested new specialist department for the trade fair, stage and theater sector. The new specialist department “By professionals for professionals” was founded at the Bad Frankenhausen site.
You can expect a young, dynamic team characterized by unique employees. Personal support, competence and commitment are keywords that characterize us. Individual consulting and project realization are part of our daily business.

Nico Bruder has been an entrepreneur since 1996. With his business training in the musical instrument trade and extensive experience in the events industry, Licht-produktiv was founded in 2007 together with René Haarseim. Processes and operations are continuously improved with a keen eye, ensuring the steady development of the company.
René Haarseim, the second creative mind of our management team, completed his training as an IT system electronics technician at IBM Deutschland. In 2007, he was the perfect complement to Nico Bruder to start Licht-produktiv. René oversees purchasing, sales, logistics, and projects, ensuring smooth operations daily.
