LINEAR 5 MK II 308 LTA is a highly efficient, modular, scalable and economical sound reinforcement tool for large, long and wide rooms as well as open airs. The long-throw mid/high unit LINEAR 5 MK II 308 LTA closes the gap between the classic spot radiator PA and the line array in the form of a compact, horn-loaded direct radiator.
The Multicell Transformer (MCT) of the 308 LTA makes enormous throw distances possible with a compact design. Up to 40 meters wide and up to 3000 people can receive balanced and powerful sound without having to use delay lines. With the flexible accessories, the systems can be used as a ground stack or flown, as a cluster, headstack or headstack cluster. The system grows with the requirements.
Exact sound tuning is possible with the modern, high-performance DSP with FIR filter that can be controlled via network. The HK Audio DSP CONTROL software required for this is available free of charge. Even without software, the speaker can be configured extensively and easily using presets that can be selected directly on the box. With the DSP-Out, speakers without their own DSP or LINEAR 5 LTS A can be integrated into the system. PowerCon connections with PowerCon Link make cabling easier and save cable material. For example, they can be used to operate a flown headstack cluster with just one power supply line.
