VISSONIC VIS-VLI700A-4

Description

Digital 4 channel infrared transmitter

Description

The transmitter is the central point of this infrared transmission system. It modulates the audio signals onto the carrier signal and sends it over 75? BNC cable to one or more infrared heaters.

Properties

  • Compatible with other infrared transmission systems that transmit according to the IEC 61603-7 standard.
  • It can be fed with both analog and digital input signals.
  • Fully digital DQPSK modulation and demodulation technology guarantees the highest sound quality with very good speech intelligibility. • The transmission of voice channels in the high frequency range prevents interference from other interference signals such as fluorescent tubes.
  • Depending on the model, 4, 8 or 16 channels can be transmitted simultaneously.
  • An “Auxiliary Mode” allows music to be transmitted during breaks.
  • A “slave mode” allows another infrared transmitter to be retransmitted so that a signal can be transmitted to several rooms at the same time.
  • The status of the entire system and the infrared heater are displayed.
  • Each infrared transmitter can be assigned a name. This makes it easy to identify systems with multiple transmitters.
  • Automatically send emergency calls to all channels.
  • Automatic synchronization of the number of channels with a connected CLEACON conference system.
  • Each audio channel can be assigned the name of a language.
  • Adjustable input sensitivity allows you to fine-tune the volume of audio channels.
  • Flexible configuration of the channels and their audio quality: – Mono: Standard quality = maximum 16 channels, – Best quality = maximum 8 channels, – Stereo: Standard quality, maximum 8 channels, – Best quality., maximum 4 Channels.
  • 2 audio inputs (XLR) for feeding in external audio sources, e.g. music, room language, emergency calls.
  • 16 audio outputs (Phoenix) for outputting the audio channels.
  • 16 audio inputs (Phoenix) for feeding in external audio signals.
  • 6 BNC outputs for the HF signal to the infrared radiators. One output can feed up to 30 infrared heaters.
  • 1 BNC input to receive an RF signal from another infrared transmitter.
  • AUDIO-LINK interface for direct connection to CLEACON conference systems.
  • DANTE interface for direct connection to a DANTE network.
  • Ethernet RJ45 and RS232 as PC interface.
  • IEC 60914, IEC 61603-7 and GBT 15381-94 standards compliant.
