Neumann KMR 81 i
Description
- Directional microphone
- Supercardioid/lobe
- Shotgun microphone for medium distances
- Beam-shaped directional characteristic with 90° recording angle
- High directivity without off-axis sound distortion
- 48V phantom power
- XLR-3M
- nickel
- including WS 81
The KMR 81 i is a shotgun microphone for medium distances, e.g. for film dialogues with clearly focused sound, although the microphone remains outside the image. The frequency-stable directivity minimizes sound coloration when the actors move. High sensitivity, low power consumption and low weight recommend the KMR 81 i for mobile use.
Features:
- Very high directivity with 90° recording angle
- Excellent rejection of unwanted sound
- Natural sound without discoloration outside the recording axis
- Switchable bass reduction and treble compensation
- Light weight (145g)
- Low power consumption
