Neumann KMR 81 i

Description

  • Directional microphone
  • Supercardioid/lobe
  • Shotgun microphone for medium distances
  • Beam-shaped directional characteristic with 90° recording angle
  • High directivity without off-axis sound distortion
  • 48V phantom power
  • XLR-3M
  • nickel
  • including WS 81

The KMR 81 i is a shotgun microphone for medium distances, e.g. for film dialogues with clearly focused sound, although the microphone remains outside the image. The frequency-stable directivity minimizes sound coloration when the actors move. High sensitivity, low power consumption and low weight recommend the KMR 81 i for mobile use.

Features:

  • Very high directivity with 90° recording angle
  • Excellent rejection of unwanted sound
  • Natural sound without discoloration outside the recording axis
  • Switchable bass reduction and treble compensation
  • Light weight (145g)
  • Low power consumption
