EUROLITE sling ropes or safety ropesThe EUROLITE sling ropes or safety ropes correspond to the current trade association regulations from BGI 810-3:2007-03 Loads over people and were based on the European standards DIN EN 12385-4:2008-06 and DIN 56927:2009- 03 constructed.The ropes are checked at the LGA by an independent, accredited institute. The breaking load determined there is documented in the factory certificate according to DIN EN 10204 required by the trade association. This means that the user can use these sling ropes or safety ropes without hesitation in the BGV C1 area to fasten or secure loads above people. Use as slinging equipment The ropes are included marked with a WLL information that describes the application in lifting technology. However, for the area of application of BGV C1, the correct rope may only be selected according to Table 2 of BGI 810-3:2007-03. The maximum load capacity of this rope is then 40 kg (single strand).Use as a safety ropeThe selection of the correct safety rope may only be made using Table 9 of BGI 810-3:2007-03. The weight of this rope to be secured is then a maximum of 5 kg.
