The wire rope sling is available in two different designs: 6x19+FC and 6x36WS+FC. It is available in working load limits (WLL) of 1t (with a diameter of 10mm) and 2t (with a diameter of 14mm). In addition, the wire rope sling can be purchased with or without a PVC sheath.
The wire rope sling is equipped with a thimble at both ends. For secure attachment, it features a conical talurit (pressed clamp) with an inspection eye to visually check the integrity of the connection.
The thimble on the wire rope sling is painted a specific color that indicates the length of the rope. This allows for easy identification and selection of the correct length.
An oversized thimble is provided for the 1t steel ropes, which fits perfectly with 3.25t shackles. The 2t steel ropes come with an oversized thimble that is suitable for 4.75t shackles. These combinations ensure a safe and reliable connection.
