The wire rope sling is available in two versions: with a load capacity of 1t (with a diameter of 10 mm) and 2t (with a diameter of 14 mm). Depending on your needs, the wire rope sling can be selected either with or without a PVC jacket. The PVC jacket provides additional protection from external influences and extends the lifespan of the rope.

The wire rope sling is equipped with thimbles at both ends that allow for easy attachment. The thimbles are specially designed to ensure an optimal connection. The connection between the wire rope and the thimble is made by a conical talurite, also known as a swaged clamp, which ensures a reliable and secure connection. In addition, the wire rope sling has an inspection eye that makes it easier to check the connection and ensure safety.

The thimble is painted a specific color that indicates the length of the rope. This makes it easy to distinguish between different wire rope loops and select the appropriate length for the respective application.

The wire rope sling with a load capacity of 1t is equipped with an oversized thimble that was specially developed for use with 3.25t shackles. This ensures a secure and stable connection between the wire rope sling and the shackle.

The wire rope sling with a load capacity of 2t also has an oversized thimble that is optimized for use with 4.75t shackles. This enables a secure and reliable connection in demanding applications.
