The wire rope sling is available in two different designs: 6x19+FC and 6x36WS+FC. It is available in working load limits (WLL) of 1t (with a diameter of 10mm) and 2t (with a diameter of 14mm). Additionally, the wire rope sling can be purchased with or without a PVC jacket.
The wire rope sling is provided with a thimble at both ends. This thimble is painted a specific color that indicates the length of the rope. This makes it easier to identify and select the correct wire rope sling.
The wire rope sling is equipped with a conical talurit (pressed clamp) that contains an inspection eye. This allows for easy visual inspection of the wire rope sling for possible damage or wear.
The 1t steel rope sling is equipped with an oversized thimble that fits perfectly with 3.25t shackles. This ensures a safe and reliable connection between the wire rope sling and the shackle.
The 2t steel rope sling comes with an oversized thimble that fits 4.75t shackles perfectly. This ensures a robust and resilient connection between the wire rope loop and the shackle.
If required, other lengths and tonnages of the wire rope sling are also available upon request. This enables the product to be individually adapted to specific requirements and applications.
