The evolution of compact light sets
The idea of compact light sets, or KLS for short, was first presented by Eurolite in 2002.
These sets feature a permanently mounted bar with four spots, which means they require little space and are quick to set up. In the early days, these sets were particularly attractive for mobile DJs and small bands.
Today's KLS use modern LEDs as lighting and offer much more than just simple spots.
The light sets now also include light effects such as derbies or mushrooms. Some models are even equipped with strobe or UV LEDs as well as class 2 show lasers.
Despite technological developments, the compactness remains, which enables quick assembly and dismantling as well as space-saving storage.
Application options for the LED compact light sets
The versatile KLS can be operated as DJ light sets or party bars in automatic mode. Alternatively, foot switches or DMX control enable precise adjustment, especially when the KLS is used as stage lighting in small theaters or for live performances by bands.
Expansion options for maximum flexibility
