The wire rope sling is available in two different designs: 6x19+FC and 6x36WS+FC. It is available in load capacities of 1t (with a diameter of 10 mm) and 2t (with a diameter of 14 mm). The wire rope sling can also be purchased with or without a PVC jacket.
The wire rope sling is equipped with a thimble at both ends. The thimble allows for easy attachment and handling of the rope. In addition, a conical talurit (pressed clamp) with an inspection eye is attached to one end of the wire rope loop. This clamp ensures a secure connection and allows for visual inspection of the attachment.
The thimble of the wire rope sling is painted a specific color that indicates the length of the rope. This enables easy identification and assignment of the wire rope loops.
The 1t wire rope sling is equipped with an oversized thimble that was specially developed for shackles with a load capacity of 3.25t. This ensures a secure and stable connection between the wire rope sling and the shackle.
The 2t wire rope sling is also equipped with an oversized thimble that is suitable for shackles with a load capacity of 4.75t. This ensures a safe and reliable connection.
