The wire rope sling is available in two different designs: 6x19+FC and 6x36WS+FC. It is available in working load limits (WLL) of 1t (with a diameter of 10mm) and 2t (with a diameter of 14mm). It can be ordered with or without a PVC jacket.
The wire rope sling is equipped with a thimble at both ends. The thimble is secured with a conical Talurit (pressed clamp) with an inspection eye. This ensures a reliable connection and makes inspection of the sling easier.
The thimble is painted a specific color that indicates the length of the rope. This enables easy identification and assignment.
The wire rope sling with a working load limit of 1t is equipped with an oversized thimble that perfectly fits 3.25t shackles. For the wire rope sling with a working load limit of 2t, there is an oversized thimble that is suitable for 4.75t shackle.
